Morris Property Group has been a long-standing client of Bleo, and we were excited to collaborate once again for the Koko project, a cutting-edge high-rise in Broadbeach. From the outset, MPG engaged us to create a series of construction videos titled "The Sound of Progress." These cinematic reels captured key construction phases such as concrete pours, and the installation of elevator shafts and cranes, building anticipation and engaging potential buyers even before the building's completion.
