2. Scope and general terms
2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all Services provided by Bleo unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Only deliverables specifically listed in the Scope of Works are included. Any additional work is Ad hoc Work and charged accordingly.
2.3 Any variations to scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, or priorities must be confirmed in writing.
3. Project implementation and Client obligations
3.1 Estimates and assumptions
All costs quoted are estimates only, based on Bleo’s understanding of requirements from communications and the accepted Scope of Works. Project completion times and final fees may change due to factors including delays in Client approvals, delays in providing information or access, inconsistent or incomplete data, poor quality or inconsistent asset formats, and changes requested by the Client.
3.2 Client responsibilities
The Client must provide timely access, information, approvals, and assets required for Bleo to deliver the Services. The Client acknowledges that delays in providing these items may impact timelines and may result in additional fees.
3.3 Changes and additional work
Where unforeseen or unspecified circumstances arise, or where the Client requests changes outside the Scope of Works, Bleo may charge additional fees. Where reasonably practicable, Bleo will notify the Client of estimated costs before commencing additional work.
3.4 Payment before new work commences
The Client must pay for completed work in full before any new job or stage commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.5 Client interference with files and accounts
If the Client destroys, edits, tampers with, or restricts access to original files, systems, or accounts in a way that requires remediation, Bleo may attempt to reinstate or repair items and will charge at the applicable hourly rate.
4. Digital access, permissions, and security
4.1 Access required
Bleo cannot begin or continue work until required access is provided, including but not limited to advertising accounts, pages, websites, analytics, merchant centres, domains, email platforms, and any other required tools.
4.2 Digital access call and authorised users
During a digital access call or onboarding process, the Client may grant access to accounts and platforms to a nominated lead operator (often Luke) and, where required, Bleo’s authorised staff members and contractors for the purpose of delivering the Services. Access will not always be granted to the same individual, and may be granted to another authorised Bleo team member depending on availability and operational requirements.
4.3 How access is requested
Where possible, Bleo will request access using official platform permission tools such as partner access, user role assignment, collaborator access, or business manager roles. Bleo recommends the Client does not share passwords. If a platform requires credentials and the Client chooses to share them, the Client does so at their own discretion and remains responsible for their account security. Bleo may request the Client to update credentials after access is established using proper permissions.
4.4 Safety and confidentiality
Bleo will take reasonable steps to protect Client accounts and data, including limiting access to authorised personnel, applying least privilege access where practicable, and using secure methods for storing and transferring access information. The Client acknowledges that Bleo personnel may require administrative level access to configure tracking, billing connections, integrations, and platform settings necessary to deliver the Services.
4.5 Revoking access
The Client may revoke Bleo’s access at any time, however revoking access may pause Services immediately, affect performance, and shift timelines. Any additional work required due to revoked access, re provisioning, or re configuration is Ad hoc Work.
4.6 Privacy Policy
Bleo’s handling of personal information is governed by Bleo’s Privacy Policy:
Privacy Policy: https://bleomedia.com.au/privacy-policy/
5. Creative approvals, revision windows, and deemed approval

For creative and content deliverables, Bleo will provide drafts for review and will specify an approval deadline and a revision window in writing.
5.2 Deadlines are binding
The Client acknowledges that deadlines are set to align with Bleo’s production schedule and other client commitments. Approval deadlines and revision windows are not suggestions.
5.3 Deemed approval
If the Client does not provide revision feedback within the revision window, the deliverable will be deemed approved and may proceed to scheduling, publishing, finalisation, or handover as applicable. No response will be treated as confirmation that no revisions are required.
5.4 Late revisions and additional fees
If the Client requests revisions after the revision window has passed, those revisions are treated as Ad hoc Work and will be charged at $150 per hour (ex GST).
a) Bleo will confirm the estimated time required in writing before commencing.
b) Bleo will invoice the estimated amount upfront.
c) Work will not proceed until the invoice is paid in full.
d) Delivery timelines will shift in line with Bleo’s production schedule.
5.5 Fair use of scheduled time
The Client acknowledges that revision time is allocated in advance. Late revisions may encroach on other clients’ scheduled time and may require rescheduling.
5.6 Bleo accountability
If a delay is demonstrably caused by Bleo, Bleo will take responsibility and adjust timelines accordingly. This clause does not apply where delays are caused by Client response times, Client availability, or late delivery of information, assets, or approvals.
