Why Did Mosaic Reach Out To Bleo?
Mosaic reached out to us at Bleo because they wanted to create another signature project completion video that captures the essence of their latest development. With a clear vision in mind and a strong working history together, the Mosaic team were looking for a cinematic, polished piece that takes the viewer on a seamless journey through the property, from sunrise to sunset. The shoot will span three visits to capture key moments including dusk and sunrise exteriors, internal apartment details, amenities like the lobby, pool and BBQ area, and lifestyle scenes around Burleigh Heads. Mosaic trusted Bleo to deliver a final product that not only showcases the build, but also reflects the lifestyle, atmosphere and attention to detail that defines their brand.

The Augusta project was a refined real estate showcase that captured the elegance and lifestyle of Mosaic’s latest development. Spanning multiple shoot days, we filmed the property across different times of day to create a seamless visual narrative from sunrise to sunset. With a focus on both architectural detail and surrounding lifestyle, the final piece blended cinematic visuals with a polished flow that aligned perfectly with Mosaic’s brand aesthetic. The result is a timeless video that highlights the quality, atmosphere, and livability that define Augusta and Mosaic’s broader portfolio.
