Who is MPG?
Morris Property Group (MPG) is a multi-faceted property business established in Canberra in 1978, focusing on property investment, asset management, development, and construction. With a history of more than four decades, MPG has delivered over 75 residential and commercial properties across Australia, including high-profile developments in the ACT, NSW, and QLD. The group's fully integrated approach covers development, construction, investment, and asset management, with a footprint spanning several regions in Australia. MPG's commitment to quality, transparency, and innovation in project delivery has made it an industry leader in property development.
Why Did MPG Reach Out To Bleo?
Morris Property Group reached out to us at Bleo to capture high-quality aerial footage of several of their developments across Brisbane, Broadbeach, Burleigh, and Canberra. After speaking with the team, it was clear that they already had sufficient ground footage and were now looking for expertly shot drone visuals to support motion tracking and overlay graphics. With a specific focus on capturing footage at dawn or dusk to enhance visual clarity and allow graphics to stand out, they needed a team that could manage the timing and logistics across multiple sites. MPG trusted Bleo to not only deliver premium drone footage within narrow lighting windows but also to advise on the best approach for grouping and capturing the buildings efficiently across eight location visits.

Project Outcome:
The 2025 Aerial Showcase for Morris Property Group was a multi-location drone project designed to highlight key developments across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Canberra. With weather playing a constant role, our team closely monitored conditions to capture each site during optimal golden hour light, ensuring the footage would be suitable for motion tracking and graphic overlays. Due to drone restrictions in Canberra, we engaged ProFly to complete that portion of the shoot. While the initial storyboard was later adjusted during post-production, the final video successfully brought together premium aerial visuals and custom animations to deliver a polished showcase. Despite the challenges, the client was pleased with the result, and the project stands as a strong visual representation of MPG’s growing portfolio.
