Campaign Setup and Management
How long will it take to create a new ad campaign?
The time required to create a new ad campaign varies depending on complexity and requirements, but generally, you can expect your campaign to be live within 7-14 days after the initial consultation.
How many ad campaigns can I have with my budget?
The number of campaigns you can run depends on various factors including your objectives, targeting, and overall strategy. We'll work with you to maximise your budget across the platforms most relevant to your business.
What platforms does Bleo recommend for my industry?
The choice of advertising platforms often depends on your industry, target audience, and campaign objectives. After an initial consultation to understand your business and goals, we can recommend the most effective platforms for you, be it Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
What is the minimum duration for a campaign with Bleo?
There is no fixed minimum duration; however, we usually recommend a 3-month (8-12 weeks) period to gather enough data for meaningful analysis and optimisation. It is around this time these platforms (Facebook / Instagram, Google, LinkedIn etc.) have gathered enough data to increase the results while decreasing the cost of said result. *This will vary dependent on ad spend and industry.
Can Bleo handle campaigns targeting multiple countries or languages?
Yes, we have experience running multi-region and multi-language campaigns. We can adjust targeting, ad copy, and other variables to suit different geographic locations and audiences.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
What do the terminologies on the Performance Report Mean? - Reach, Impressions, CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc....
Each term in the performance report serves as a specific metric to gauge how well your ad campaigns are doing. Here's a breakdown:
Reach: This is the number of unique individuals who have seen your ad. For example, if your ad reaches 500 people, it means your ad has been displayed to 500 unique users.
Impressions: This counts the total number of times your ad has been displayed, regardless of whether it's been seen by the same person multiple times. So, if one person sees the ad three times, that would count as three impressions.
Click-Through Rate (CTR): This is the percentage of people who clicked on the ad after seeing it. It's calculated by dividing the number of clicks by the number of impressions and multiplying by 100. For example, if your ad gets 10 clicks and 1,000 impressions, the CTR would be 1%.
Cost Per Click (CPC): This is the average amount you pay each time someone clicks on your ad. If your ad costs $100 and gets 50 clicks, your CPC would be $2.
Return On Ad Spend (ROAS): This measures the revenue generated for every dollar spent on advertising. If you spend $1,000 on an ad campaign and earn $5,000 in revenue from that campaign, your ROAS would be 5:1.
Cost Per Mille (CPM): This is the cost for 1,000 impressions. If your CPM is $10, that means you pay $10 for every 1,000 times your ad is displayed.
Cost Per Conversion: This metric shows the average cost for each conversion or action a user takes after clicking on your ad, such as making a purchase or filling out a form. For instance, if it costs you $100 to get two conversions, your Cost Per Conversion would be $50.
Conversion Rate: This is the percentage of completed goals (or conversions) out of the total number of visitors. For example, if 100 people visit your landing page and 10 make a purchase, your conversion rate would be 10%.
Quality Score: This is a Google-specific metric that measures the relevance of your keywords, the quality of your landing page, and the CTR. It’s scored on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest quality.
Lifetime Value (LTV): This measures the projected revenue from a customer over the entire future relationship. For instance, if one customer spends an average of $200 per year and shops with you for an average of 10 years, their LTV would be $2,000.
What happens if a campaign is underperforming?
If a campaign is not meeting expectations, we conduct a thorough analysis to identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement. Since the ad accounts are set up in your name (the client), you have access to real-time data directly on the respective advertising platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn etc. You can view your campaign metrics at any time by logging into your ad accounts on these platforms. If you wish to have a compiled report generated for real time results, please request one from your Account Manager - You are entitled to 2 manually generated reports in a single month.

Sales, Leads and Conversion Quality
What if the quality of my leads or sales is not the best?
The quality of leads, sales, or conversions can be influenced by various factors such as targeting, ad content, and the user experience on the landing page. We continually optimise these elements to improve the quality of both leads and sales.
How can I get more leads or increase my sales?
To increase leads or sales, a multi-faceted approach is often necessary. This involves refining the targeting strategy, improving ad creatives, and enhancing landing page experiences for better conversion rates. We also integrate Google Tag Manager (GTM) with other analytics codes and pixels from various platforms to ensure that we can track performance effectively and make data-driven optimisations.
How quickly can I expect to see results in terms of lead generation or sales?
Results can vary based on numerous factors such as industry, competition, and the specific campaign strategy. Generally, though, you can expect to see an uptick in leads or sales within a few weeks after the campaign launch.
Does Bleo offer A/B testing to improve lead or sales quality?
Yes, A/B testing is a core component of our strategy for optimising campaigns. This helps us determine the most effective ways to improve the quality of both leads and sales.
Tracking and Analytics
What do I need on my website in order to successfully track my leads? - GTM
Google Tag Manager (GTM) is essential for tracking. We use GTM in combination with other analytics codes and pixels from different platforms to ensure comprehensive tracking.
What's a GTM?
GTM stands for Google Tag Manager. It's a tag management system that allows you to quickly and easily update tags and code snippets on your website or mobile app. This enables effective tracking and analytics.
What tools does Bleo use for tracking and analytics?
We utilise a range of tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific tools for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
Does Bleo offer conversion tracking setup?
Yes, conversion tracking is essential for measuring ROI, and we include it in our service offerings.
Creative and Content Changes
Does Bleo provide copy & content?
Yes, copy and content creation is included as part of the fee you pay to Bleo. We generally create this content based on the images and videos that you, the client, provide. However, if you're unable to supply enough of your own content, we can use stock or generic imagery and video, although this is not our preferred or recommended approach. High-production videos do come at an extra cost and can be quoted upon request.
Does Bleo offer video ad creation?
Yes, we can create video ads as part of our comprehensive creative services, subject to additional costs.
I have approved the copy and content, but now I wish to change what I initially approved - Am I allowed?
Yes, we understand that business needs can change. You're welcome to make changes to approved copy and content. Please note that significant changes may require additional time and potentially additional costs.
How often can I request changes to ad creatives?
While we recommend allowing a campaign to run for a period of time for accurate data collection, you can request changes to ad creatives as needed. Any frequent changes may require additional costs, and you will be made of aware of over frequency by your account manager.
Budget and Payment
I want to start advertising on LinkedIn, how much more will I have to spend per month?
LinkedIn advertising costs can vary depending on your industry and objectives. Typically, LinkedIn's costs are much higher than other platforms, so you may need to allocate an additional budget for effective results.
Can I change my objective?
Yes, objectives can be changed; however, the modification may require campaign adjustments. It's also dependent on the ad spend we have; a general rule of thumb is $2000/month per objective per platform.
How many objectives can I have?
There's no set limit on the number of objectives you can have; however, each objective usually requires a separate strategy and budget allocation.
Are there any hidden costs or fees?
No, all costs are outlined in your contract and discussed upfront. Any additional services requested will be quoted separately.
How is billing handled?
You will be invoiced on a monthly basis, two weeks prior to the launch of the next month's advertising campaigns. This advance billing provides us the necessary lead time to plan and execute your campaigns efficiently. After receiving the invoice, you will have a two-week grace period to complete the payment. If payment is not received within this two-week window, all ongoing ad campaigns will be paused. It's important to note that even if campaigns are paused due to overdue payment, the invoice for the current month remains payable in full.
What is the process if I wish to cancel my services with Bleo?
While we don't lock our clients into contracts, we do require a four-week notice period should you decide to discontinue your services with Bleo. This notice period allows us sufficient time to properly wrap up any ongoing campaigns and ensure a smooth transition. The four weeks will need to be paid out, covering any work done or campaigns that are still active during this period.
For example, if you give notice on the 1st of the month, you would be expected to cover the cost of services up to and including the 28th (or 29th, 30th, or 31st, depending on the month). Your campaigns would remain active during this time unless you request otherwise.
Client Collaboration
What occurs on a day-to-day basis?
On a daily basis, our team monitors your ad campaigns for performance, optimises ads, checks budget spend, and makes necessary adjustments to meet your objectives.
Do we have access to every move Bleo makes?
While we handle the day-to-day management of your campaigns, you'll have access to all the campaign data and reports to keep you in the loop.
Am I able to touch the ad accounts?

Our team has developed a refined approach based on years of experience and data-driven insights, aimed at maximising the effectiveness of your campaigns. Unplanned changes can disrupt this finely-tuned strategy, potentially impacting the momentum and overall performance of the ads.
Can I set a cap on ad spending?

Data Privacy and Compliance
Can I see individuals' names of purchases or leads that come from specific ads?
