Maddison House reached out to us at Bleo to produce a refined lifestyle video for their Maison property that would capture its unique blend of luxury and laid-back coastal living. Aimed at appealing to high-end buyers, the video will highlight key lifestyle features such as its beachside location, natural surroundings, dining options, and on-site amenities. With a focus on elegance and atmosphere, we’ve set aside time to craft a detailed mood board and refine the visual concept to ensure it aligns perfectly with the property's identity. With both morning and lifestyle footage featuring male and female talent, Maddison House trusted Bleo to deliver a polished, emotionally resonant piece that presents Maison as a dream home in Broadbeach.

Project Outcome:
The Maison project for Maddison House was a carefully guided production that balanced creative direction with evolving client expectations. With the point of contact new to this type of content, we provided hands-on support throughout the process while working to a clear initial brief. The shoot captured both morning scenes and lifestyle moments with male and female talent to reflect the property's relaxed luxury. During post-production, the client requested a shift in focus to highlight more of the surrounding location and amenities. Despite the late change in direction, we were able to adjust the edit to deliver a final video that met the needs of all stakeholders. The end result was a polished, visually engaging piece that positioned Maison as a premium coastal living opportunity in Broadbeach.
