Why Did Geyer Valmont Reach Out To Bleo?
Geyer Valmont reached out to us at Bleo because they were looking for a polished and engaging way to showcase the value of their GVI software platform. After speaking with Stephanie, it was clear the goal was to create a professional walkthrough video that not only explains the platform but also highlights its advantages over traditional speculative suite leasing. With real-world examples like the Darling Park project, the video will demonstrate how GVI solves key industry challenges by offering co-designed spaces, instant pricing, and faster fit-outs. Geyer Valmont saw in Bleo a partner who could manage the full production process and deliver a clear, compelling video tailored to resonate with both building owners and leasing agents, all within a tight deadline.

Project Outcome:
The GVI project for Geyer Valmont was completed under one of the tightest timelines we’ve ever worked to, with filming on Thursday and final delivery by Sunday. Despite the intensity, our team pulled together to deliver a high-quality, polished walkthrough video that clearly showcased the platform’s value and functionality. While fast turnarounds of this nature are not our standard practice, this project demonstrated our ability to rise to the challenge when required. The final result met the brief and reinforced GVI’s position as an innovative solution in the property space.
