Bam Bam Bakehouse, located in Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast, opened its doors in 2015 and has since become a well-loved destination for pastry enthusiasts and café-goers. The team is passionate about traditional French-style artisan baking, producing everything from scratch in small batches throughout the day. Their signature item is the croissant, which takes three days to make, ensuring a flaky and buttery texture. Besides croissants, the bakery offers a variety of pastries, including choux bombs, eclairs, and filled cruffins, along with an all-day brunch menu.
