What you get

Strategy, content and publishing, from the same room.

Social only works when strategy, content, production and community are all pulling the same way. Most agencies get one or two of those right and outsource the rest to whoever is cheapest. Our social team handles the thinking, the content itself, and the scheduling that gets it live.

  1. A content strategy built around your brand and your buyer, not a generic calendar, so the feed has a point.
  2. Content produced in-house: video, photography, motion and static, made for the platform it will live on.
  3. Scheduling and publishing handled, so nothing depends on someone remembering on a Friday afternoon.
  4. A senior strategist on your account, the same one every month, who you can ring.

Why content first

A perfect posting schedule full of forgettable content is still forgettable.

The single biggest lever in social is the content itself. Our in-house production team sits alongside your social strategist from day one, not as an afterthought but as the core of how the work gets made. Short-form video and Reels, photography, motion and brand films, all built to perform rather than to tidy up a grid.

Who it is for

Whether you sell online or win clients on the phone, your social should be doing work for both.

Service businesses

Social is the credibility layer. By the time someone enquires, they have already looked you up. We build content that shows the work, the people behind it and the standard you hold, so the enquiry arrives half-sold.

Online stores

Social is where people decide whether your brand is worth buying from. Product content, short-form video and a feed built to turn browsers into customers, alongside the content that turns first-time buyers into repeat ones.

The content

You do not need to supply it. Three ways to get it made.

Most social agencies manage your accounts and expect you to hand over the photos and videos. Then the content dries up, the feed goes quiet, and you are back to filming things on your phone between jobs. We handle it either way.

  1. You supply the assets. Plenty of clients arrive with a library worth using. We edit, cut and adapt it into the formats each platform needs, and tell you honestly what is working and what is holding the feed back.
  2. We build it from stock and AI. Where a regular shoot is not in the budget, we produce content from licensed footage and imagery, shaped with AI into something that belongs to your brand rather than a template. The most cost-effective route, and it keeps the feed moving.
  3. We shoot it properly. Our in-house production team quotes the shoot separately, and you get video and photography made specifically for your social, by the same people planning it. This is the route that performs best, and the one we recommend when the numbers justify it.
What to expect

Social is the slowest of the three channels, and the most compounding.

Anyone promising results in a fortnight is selling you a posting schedule. Here is how the first six months usually run.

Two things speed it up or slow it down. Content volume, because the platforms reward brands that post consistently and stall the ones that go quiet. And production quality, because well-made content travels further than a phone photo with a caption. If something is not working in month two, we tell you in month two.

  1. Month one. Strategy, brand voice and the first content produced. The feed changes and engagement usually lifts straight away, simply because the content is better made. Treat it as a baseline, not a result.
  2. Months two to three. Patterns emerge. We can see which formats, topics and hooks your audience responds to, and the calendar reshapes around them rather than around a template. Most of the early gains land here.
  3. Months four to six. The compounding shows up. Reach grows because the platform has learned who to show you to, saves and shares climb, and profile visits start converting into enquiries and messages. This is where social stops being a cost and starts being a channel.

Reporting

A screenshot of a follower count is not a report.

We report on the things that correlate with business, not the things that look good on a screenshot. Saves and shares, because the content was worth keeping or sending to someone. Profile visits, because that is someone checking you are legitimate. Website clicks and message enquiries, because that is the point at which social becomes revenue. Monthly, in plain English, with the specific posts that drove it.

Where AI does the work

The tools draft, schedule and listen. The voice is a person's.

What the machine does

  • First drafts, caption variants and hashtag research in minutes
  • Scheduling, publishing and the monthly report
  • Listening: trends, mentions and the questions your audience is asking
  • Patterns in what performs, surfaced before a person would spot them

What a person does

  • Decides what the brand has to say, and what it would never say
  • Shoots and edits the content, in-house, so it looks like you
  • Rewrites every post that goes out; nothing is published unread
  • Replies to your customers, because they can tell when it is not a person

AI raises the quality of what you get for the money. It has not replaced a single person here, and it will not replace the one who answers your call.

Questions

Before you choose a social media agency.

How much does social media management cost in Australia?
It depends on how much content needs producing. A brand that needs a monthly shoot costs more than one where we adapt assets you already have, and we will be straight with you about which you need. The free review gives you a realistic picture of what your budget can do.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. The results are the reason to stay. Social compounds over time, so there are discounts for clients who commit to longer agreements, but the choice is always yours.
What is the difference between social media management and social media advertising?
Management is the content: what you post, how often, how it looks and sounds, and the conversations underneath it. Advertising is paying to put content in front of people who do not follow you yet. Organic builds the credibility that makes people trust you when they land on your profile; paid gets you in front of people who would never have found you. Most brands need both, and we run both, but they are separate services with separate budgets and we will tell you honestly which your business needs first. Facebook and Instagram ads.
How often will you post?
It depends on the plan, but we would rather post three or four times a week with something worth watching than every day with filler. We recommend a cadence based on your audience and what we can sustain at the quality we hold ourselves to, and we would sooner talk you down than overcommit and drift.
Do you handle comments and messages?
Not manually, and that is deliberate. You know your business, your pricing and your customers far better than we ever will, and a wrong answer from us in your inbox does more damage than a slow one from you. What we can do is set up automated responses so nobody messages at 9pm and hears nothing back, built with you in your language, with anything they cannot handle routed straight to you. That is quoted separately, and we will tell you whether your enquiry volume warrants it. We also flag what is happening under the content, so you know when to watch the inbox.
Who actually runs my account?
A senior strategist. Not a junior learning on your budget. You get the same person every month, plus a named account manager you can call directly rather than a support queue.
Do you manage social media for businesses in Melbourne?
Yes. Bleo runs social media for businesses across Melbourne and Victoria, and our Melbourne studio is on Collins Street. Our production team shoots on location around Melbourne, so your content looks like your business, not stock.
I have wasted money on agencies before. How is this different?
We hear it constantly, and it is fair. Most agencies overpromise because they are selling retainers. Here there is no lock-in, you own all of your accounts and data, the reporting is transparent and a real person runs your account. We also turn down brands we do not think we can grow. If we do not believe we can get you a strong return, we will say so in the review.
How do I get started?
Book the free review above. We look at your current presence, find the biggest opportunities across Facebook, Instagram and beyond, and give you a clear, practical content plan with no obligation. We keep client numbers manageable so every account gets proper attention, which is why spots are limited.
