Marketing Package Terms & Conditions

Launch Starter Package
1. Package Inclusions and Scope
1.1 Platform Setup & Ad Launch:
- Includes initial setup for one platform, $1500 (Meta, Google, or LinkedIn) and ad campaign tracking.
- Each additional platform setup incurs a fee of $1,000 per platform.
1.2 Ad Creation:
- Includes 5 visuals (4 x images and 1 x video) with ad copy, using client-provided content or stock imagery/video.
1.3 Review & Optimisation (Optional Consultation):
- Available as Monthly ($800/month/platfrom, $400/month/additional platfrom) or options.
- Includes:
- A 45–60-minute consultation meeting (monthly or quarterly).
- A performance report and analysis conducted by the assigned account manager prior to the consultation meeting, ensuring a thorough review for an optimised discussion.
- Ongoing optimisation of active ads, including:
- Audience changes
- Keyword removal/addition
- Key performance optimisations
- Minimal text edits and link updates, if required.
- Exclusion: The creation of new ads (copy or visuals) is not included in the monthly/quarterly consultation fee.
1.4 Interactive Dashboard:
- Accessible only with an active monthly or quarterly consultation plan.
2. Support Parameters
2.1 Communication Channels:
- Support is limited to email and office phone only.
- No direct messaging through third-party platforms or social media accounts will be entertained.
2.2 Response Times:
- Emails and phone queries will be addressed within 16 business hours.
2.3 Scope of Support:
- Support covers clarifications on campaign performance, reporting insights, and basic troubleshooting.
2.4 Excluded Support:
- Changes to live campaigns, creative assets, or strategy adjustments are not included in the support scope unless the optional consultation package is selected.
3. Ad Changes and Additional Work
3.1 Scope of Changes with Consultation Plan:
- Ongoing optimisations are included in the consultation fee.
- Minimal text edits and link changes are included.
- Any changes exceeding the agreed scope will require a formal quote and written approval before work begins.
3.2 Scope of Changes Without Consultation Plan:
- Requests for changes, including campaign restructuring or creative updates, will be billed at $125 per hour, in 15-minute increments.
3.3 Approval for Changes:
- All additional work must be pre-approved in writing by the client before commencement.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Content Supply:
- Clients must provide necessary brand assets, logos, and any specific creative content required.
4.2 Timely Feedback:
- Clients must provide timely approvals and feedback to avoid delays in campaign execution.
4.3 Access and Permissions:
- Clients are responsible for maintaining active accounts on supported platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and granting necessary access to the agency.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Setup Fees:
- Platform setup fees are payable upfront before campaign commencement.
5.2 Consultation Fees:
- Monthly or quarterly consultation fees must be settled before the consultation period begins.
5.3 Overdue Payments:
- Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services until outstanding invoices are cleared.
6. Reporting & Dashboard Access
6.1 Interactive Dashboard:
- Access is provided only with an active monthly or quarterly consultation plan.
6.2 Performance Reports:
- A performance analysis and report will be conducted by the assigned account manager prior to the monthly or quarterly consultation meeting to ensure an informed and productive discussion.
7. Service Limitations
7.1 Dedicated Account Manager:
- This package does not include a dedicated account manager for ongoing support outside consultations.
7.2 Scope of Optimisation:
- The monthly/quarterly consultation plan does not include the creation of new ads (copy or visuals).
- Strategic overhauls, extensive ad restructuring, or significant creative changes will be considered additional work and quoted separately.
Growth Enhanced Package
1. Package Inclusions and Scope
1.1 Full Platform Setup & Tracking: Includes complete setup of one platform (Meta, Google, or LinkedIn) with detailed tracking, $1200. Each additional platform setup incurs a fee of $800 per platform.
1.2 Ad Creation: Includes 5 visuals (4 x images and 1 x video) with ad copy, utilising client-provided content or stock imagery/video.
1.3 Daily Monitoring & Optimisation: Campaigns will be monitored daily and optimised regularly to ensure peak performance.
1.4 Monthly Content Refresh: Includes new ad copy and creatives each month as part of the monthly management fee.
1.5 Dedicated Account Manager: Clients will have direct email and phone access to their dedicated account manager for personalised support and strategic discussions.
1.6 Interactive Dashboard: Clients will have real-time access to a performance dashboard to monitor campaign results and insights.
2. Support Parameters
2.1 Communication Channels: Direct support is available via email and phone, managed by the dedicated account manager.
2.2 Response Times: All support requests will be addressed within 8 business hours.
2.3 Scope of Support: Support covers strategy discussions, performance insights, troubleshooting, and ad optimisations.
2.4 Excluded Support: Changes outside the agreed campaign strategy, such as additional platform setups or extensive ad revisions outside the monthly content refresh cycle, may incur additional charges.
3. Ad Changes and Additional Work
3.1 Scope of Monthly Content Refresh: Includes new ad copy and creative assets monthly, as well as adjustments based on ongoing performance data.
3.2 Additional Changes Outside Scope: Requests for ad changes, additional creative content, or campaign restructuring beyond the monthly content refresh will be charged at $125 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
3.3 Approval for Changes: All additional work must be pre-approved by the client in writing before commencement.
4. Client Responsibilities

4.2 Timely Feedback: Clients are responsible for providing timely approvals and feedback to avoid delays in campaign execution.
4.3 Third-Party Access: Clients are responsible for maintaining active accounts on supported platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and granting required access to the agency.
5. Payment Terms

5.2 Monthly Management Fees: Monthly management fees must be settled at the beginning of each billing cycle.
5.3 Overdue Payments: Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services until outstanding invoices are cleared.
5.4 Additional Work Charges: Additional work outside the package scope will be billed separately at the agreed hourly rate of $125/hour.
6. Reporting & Dashboard Access
6.1 Interactive Dashboard: Clients will have 24/7 access to a real-time performance dashboard throughout the duration of their active package.
6.2 Performance Reports: Monthly performance summaries will be provided, detailing key results, insights, and recommendations.
7. Service Limitations
7.1 Ad Spend Responsibility: Clients are responsible for covering all ad spend costs on platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) separately from management fees.
7.2 Scope of Work: Monthly content refresh covers one round of new ad copy and creative updates per month. Additional creative variations outside this scope will be billed separately.
7.3 Strategic Adjustments: While daily monitoring and optimisation are included, major strategic overhauls or complete campaign rebuilds may be considered additional work and will require separate approval and billing.
8. Cancellation Policy
8.1 Notice Period: Clients must provide 30 days’ written notice to cancel the Growth Enhanced Package.
8.2 Final Billing: Any outstanding fees or additional charges incurred before cancellation must be settled in full.
8.3 Data & Assets: Upon cancellation, clients will retain access to campaign data and assets created during the active term.
Elite Impact Package
1. Package Inclusions and Scope
1.1 Full-Service Offering: Includes SEO, email marketing, cinematic content creation, and all features from the Basic and Retainer packages.
1.2 Platform Setup & Management:
- Platform Setup Fee: $1,200 for the first platform (Meta, Google, or LinkedIn).
- Additional Platform Setup Fee: $800 per additional platform.
- Monthly Management Fee: $2,000 for the first platform and $750 per additional platform.
1.3 Ad Creation: Includes 5 visuals (4 x images and 1 x video) with ad copy, utilising client-provided content or stock imagery/video.
1.4 SEO (Search Engine Optimisation):
- Initial SEO Audit & Setup: One-time fee of $2,000.
- Ongoing SEO Management: Starting from $1,500/month, subject to service scope and agreed deliverables.
1.5 Email Marketing:
- Initial Setup Fee: $300 (one-time fee).
- Single Email Workflow Creation & Distribution: $487 per email.
- Additional Emails: $389.60 per email.
1.6 Cinematic Content Creation:
- Delivered by Bleo’s Creative Division.
- Pricing: To be determined via a separate quote provided by the Head of Projects.
1.7 Dedicated Account Manager: Clients will have direct email and phone access to a dedicated account manager for ongoing communication, strategy, and support.
1.8 Interactive Dashboard: Clients will have real-time access to a performance dashboard to monitor campaign results and insights.
2. Support Parameters
2.1 Communication Channels: Direct support is available via email and phone, managed by the dedicated account manager.
2.2 Response Times: Support queries will be addressed within 8 business hours.
2.3 Scope of Support: Includes strategic discussions, performance insights, SEO updates, email marketing coordination, and content creation alignment.
2.4 Excluded Support: Requests beyond the outlined scope (e.g., additional emails, new SEO deliverables, ad hoc content requests) will incur additional charges.
3. Ad Changes and Additional Work
3.1 Scope of Changes: Ad changes, creative edits, campaign optimisations, and strategy adjustments are included in the monthly management fee.
3.2 SEO and Email Changes: Updates and adjustments outside the agreed SEO and email strategy scope will be billed as additional work at $125 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
3.3 Cinematic Content Revisions: Cinematic content pricing will include a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions or major changes will be quoted separately.
3.4 Approval for Additional Work: All additional work must be pre-approved in writing by the client before commencement.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Content Supply: Clients must provide necessary brand assets, logos, and content required for ad creation, SEO optimisation, email campaigns, and content production.
4.2 Timely Feedback: Clients must provide timely approvals and feedback to ensure smooth execution across campaigns, SEO tasks, and content creation.
4.3 Access and Permissions: Clients are responsible for maintaining active accounts on supported platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and granting required access to the agency.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Setup Fees: Platform and SEO setup fees are payable upfront before campaign or optimisation commencement.
5.2 Monthly Management Fees: Monthly management fees for platforms, SEO, and ongoing services must be settled at the beginning of each billing cycle.
5.3 Email Marketing Fees: Email setup and per-email charges must be settled prior to execution and distribution.
5.4 Cinematic Content Fees: Cinematic content creation costs will be quoted and approved separately before project commencement.
5.5 Overdue Payments: Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services until outstanding invoices are cleared.
5.6 Additional Work Charges: Additional work will be billed separately at the agreed hourly rate of $125/hour.
6. Reporting & Dashboard Access
6.1 Interactive Dashboard: Clients will have 24/7 access to a real-time performance dashboard for campaigns, SEO performance, and email marketing analytics.
6.2 Performance Reports: Comprehensive performance summaries will be delivered monthly, detailing results, insights, and strategic recommendations.
7. Service Limitations
7.1 Ad Spend Responsibility: Clients are responsible for covering all ad spend costs on platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) separately from management fees.
7.2 Scope of SEO Deliverables: SEO services will follow the agreed deliverables scope. Additional tasks or projects outside the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.
7.3 Email Marketing Scope: Each email workflow or distribution will adhere to the agreed terms. Additional requests outside the agreed workflow will be billed separately.
7.4 Cinematic Content Scope: Cinematic content creation will follow a customised quote provided by the Head of Projects.
8. Cancellation Policy
8.1 Notice Period: Clients must provide 30 days’ written notice to cancel the Elite Impact Package.
8.2 Final Billing: Any outstanding fees or additional charges incurred before cancellation must be settled in full.
8.3 Data & Assets: Upon cancellation, clients will retain access to campaign data, SEO reports, email workflows, and cinematic content assets created during the active term.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership: Clients will retain ownership of final campaign assets, SEO reports, and email workflows created under this package.
9.2 Usage Rights: Cinematic content and creative assets are licensed for use within the agreed campaign scope. Additional usage rights will require separate agreement and compensation.
